Sending Engraving Information
Artwork Files and Logo Files may be e-mailed to service@designsengraved.com and please reference with your order number.
You can also type in the text to be engraved in the message box and upload any files.
We will send you an art proof usually by the next business day.
Please read the proof very carefully and let us know if there are any change.
If everything is the way you want it, reply with the word APPROVED.
Your order will ship out usually within three working days after artwork is approved.
Artwork Requirement
Preferred File Format: .eps or .pdf (vector) file in black and white vector format
Don’t worry if you don’t have these files. Send us what you have such as high resolution .jpg or .png
Our graphics department will help you make it work. If extra work is needed to convert your artwork, we will let you know the cost before we proceed. Most instances will be $40.
