We will usually send you an art proof the next business day after your order is placed and your artwork is submitted.
Please approve the artwork as soon as possible. Let us know if you need any revisions and we will send you a follow up proof. We will not proceed with engraving until we have your written approval.
Once the artwork is approved, the order usually ships out between one to three working days. We offer FREE ground shipping on orders over $250. It can take one to four working days for Fed Ex Ground to reach your destination. If you need the products faster, please contact our customer service by email service@designsengraved.com and we will provide you with quote for faster shipping options.
Yes, all of our prices include FREE engraving. There is no limit on text. We will engrave as much text as long as they fit into the engraving area. If you need engraving on additional sides, add $15 per side.
Yes, they all come individually boxed.
You can mix and match to reach the dollar amount to qualify for the discount. Discount percentage will automatically calculate at check out.
Orders over $2,000 receives a 10% discount
Orders over $5,000 receives a 15% discount
Orders over $10,000 receives a 20% discount
We treat every order as a RUSH order. 95% of our orders ship within five business days after order is placed. If you need to receive the products in less than three working days, please reach out to our customer service team to work out the time line email service@designsengraved.com
Yes, we offer 10% off to non-profit organizations. Just email us your non-profit documentation to service@designsengraved.com and we will provide you with a coupon code for 10% off.
You can cancel your order before any work begins. Once approved artwork is sent, there is no cancellation.
Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your package and let us know what items are broken and submit photographs. We will take care of all costs required to ship you free replacement.
Yes, we can ship all over the world. Our FREE shipping applies only to Continental United States. We will provide you with additional shipping charges to countries outside of United States. If you would like to use your own UPS, FedEX or DHL number, we will gladly accept and use those account numbers.
Yes, we can drop ship all over the world. There will be an additional drop ship fee of $10 per location. Please email your drop ship instructions in Excel file to service@designsengraved.com
